Formerly SIT Select, we are a platform supporting the creative practice of artists from the five valleys, Gloucestershire, promoting them to a wide audience regionally, nationally and internationally.
For the past 20 years, this has been achieved through hosting annual Festivals, Trails and exhibitions, at the core of which is a unique brochure that serves as a guide to artists and visitors alike.
With a dynamic approach to her recent takeover of select arts, Elizabeth is keen to create a genuine platform for the five valleys art scene as well as extending our programs beyond the Stroud District, driving accessibility for developing artists, both young and old.
Currently studying a Masters in Cultural Theory and Arts Policy at Kings College London, Elizabeth also works for the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
Ruby leads our online content and other accompanying programmes for the annual Select Trail.
With a Masters in Art History from the Courtauld, Ruby also works for Ruya Foundation providing communications for cultural programming and events such as the Iraq Pavilion at the 58th Venice Biennale.
